Back in 2010, after he had been a practicing lawyer with his own firm for about five years, attorney Matthew Palentchar was faced with really bad news. He had contracted a life-threatening illness and faced some personal issues and he was forced to leave Florida for a time and leave behind his law practice. That is when his internal mental and physical toughness was put to the test. That allowed him to overcome all that and he was soon able to returned to Florida, this time to St. Petersburg. That is when he formed Matthew G. Palentchar, PLLC, a firm that is uniquely focused on real estate and corporate transactions, although he also dabbles in estate planning and probate and small business law, since he has those skills, too.
Matt Palentchar continues to live and work as a lawyer in St. Petersburg, with his wife Heather and their two dogs. A member in good standing of the Florida Bar Association, Matt also loves his community, so he spends what free time he has volunteering for CASA as a court appointed Guardian Ad Litum for children who need assistance. He can handle virtually any commercial real estate transaction, but he also handles smaller real estate matters, as well.
